Fashion Week described in one photo. Always on the run. Somehow always late. (Photograph taken outside of Milk Studios where I was almost late for @itsjeremyscott! From a Korean blog.)

“The early bird catches the fashion show,”
One of the goons at the Marc Jacobs door taunted as I ran up the stairs at the Lexington Armory.
Brackish sweat dripping down my face, heart racing and head spinning, I had run—with lightening speed—about 2 miles down several blocks from the 6 train, my heavy vintage suitcase becoming a burden clenched in my sturdy hands.
It was a Thursday and the last day of New York Fashion Week—a long end to an even longer week. One that felt like a sartorial eternity.
NYFW diary: racing to Marchesa where I was totally, uberly, utterly under dressed, speaking to the lovely Mandy Moore and then capturing her with my ghetto phone and then proceeding to strut myself in front of editors have nothing on my experience with Grace Coddington who proceeded to look me up and down with disgust. And disdain. Priceless.
People are like, OMG why are you so pretty? I’m like, I don’t know, why don’t you ask God?
The sexiest picture taken during NYFW spring 2012—thanks, Samantha Ronson!
“Heathenism is a state of mind. You can take it that I’m referring to one who does not see his world. He has no mental light. He destroys almost unwittingly. He cannot feel any Gods presence in his life. He is the 21st century man.” —David Bowie
